Rare AI provides digital analysis, report generation, and software access. Due to the nature of digital products, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Used Credits / Generated Reports

Once a report has been uploaded, analyzed, generated, downloaded, or credits have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable.

Unused Credits

Purchased credits are generally non-refundable, including unused credits.

Exceptional Cases

Rare AI may review refund requests only in cases of duplicate payment, billing error, or a verified technical failure that prevents report generation.

Refund Review

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of Rare AI. Approved refunds may take time depending on the payment provider.
