Use of Rare AI

No Guarantee of Results

Rare AI is a decision-support tool. We do not guarantee revenue growth, ad performance improvement, ROAS improvement, or business outcomes.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for the accuracy of uploaded data and for business decisions made using Rare AI reports.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful data, or use Rare AI to violate third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

Rare AI shall not be liable for indirect losses, lost profits, advertising losses, business interruption, or decisions made based on generated reports.
